Our Services Community Opportunities Programme Our Community Opportunities Programme (COP) provides people with disabilities with a wide variety of community based social, and leisure opportunities with a level of appropriate support to help them maximise their social life. The programme is based on a regular series of opportunities where people can choose to engage or not, and details are published in a three monthly programme booklet and on-line. Each opportunity is supported by a minimum of two vetted and trained volunteers, and the support team is increased where appropriate. Here is an example of the opportunities offered: Sunday Lunch Club - normally on the first Sunday of the month at a pre-planned pub, restaurant or cafe for a small group of people to meet and munch! Fitness for Fun - once a month sessions at Energise (our dance based exercise class), the Norwich Fitness Academy Gym (a form of circuit training tailored to individual needs) and Saturday Swimming at the Riverside pool in Norwich. Grow and Go - our monthly session in our Cottage Garden or allotment growing fruit and vegetables to share, and cook with.
