  • Community activities programme – our activities programme hosts a wide range of activities across Norfolk, and across the week, with something happening most weekday, evenings and weekends. From our, Allotment project, Ten Pin Tuesday evenings in Norwich, and Dereham, through community cultural visits, country walks, meals out and a monthly nightclub event in Norwich and Kings Lynn, there really is something for every taste. Why not join our Sunday Lunch Club, or weekend walks.
  • The Wednesday Club - established in 1967 and run almost every week since, between 7pm and 9pm, this is an activity and social club for adults with disabilities meeting each Wednesday evening at the Vauxhall Centre, Johnson Place, in central Norwich. Attracting an average of 40 members each week, the club hosts a café, regular discos and karaoke sessions, sports events, computer games, a discussion group for women, and skills taster sessions that have included money management, first aid, cookery and personal safety sessions.
  • Skills For Life – is the BUILD Charity’s monthly programme of short Saturday morning workshops providing information and skills on a range of subjects from money management and healthy eating, to first aid, personal safety, job-search skills, cooking and volunteering. Workshops take place across Norfolk, normally on the second Saturday of the month.
